We’re looking for a Postdoctoral Associate to join us and play a key role in advancing PSiX’s initiatives and research agenda.

This is an exciting opportunity for a scholar who wants to dive into cutting-edge research on how young people form a sense of purpose and identity — and how those insights can be used to strengthen programs, policy, and practice.

As a Postdoctoral Associate, you’ll work closely with faculty and research partners to:

• Design and carry out studies on youth purpose and identity.

• Translate findings into resources and tools for educators, youth leaders, and community partners.

• Publish and present your work to advance knowledge and impact.

• Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven research team.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to bridge research and real-world impact while building a strong scholarly record. You’ll work closely with our sister organization, Purpose commons, and you’ll help build our Lab of Labs.

This position is located in the Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research at Cornell Human Ecology in Ithaca, NY.
